Inksoft should allow customer accounts to be created using duplicate contact information (email address and phone number). For example, I have a customer who owns four separate businesses but uses the same email address and phone number for all of them. Currently, the system prevents me from properly creating all four businesses because it does not allow duplicate contact details. We should be able to create multiple customer accounts with the same email and phone number when needed, especially in cases where one person owns or manages multiple businesses.

I would like to be able to change the invoice date without having to delete and clone a proposal. We have customers that request a date change and we have to redo all the steps sometimes resulting in duplicate invoices and makes for messy bookkeeping. I would also like to add the PO number after the order has been sent to invoices as well. Also resulting in more work on our end to delete and remake the proposals.

Although we have added messages several places to explain that credit card charges will show as Campbell Signs & Apparel, we have had several charges disputed. If it were possible to add our business name then something like "on behalf of" then store name -to help avoid these issues.

Would love an easy add on widget to have a live chat option for visiting customers from our InkSoft website.

It would be extremely nice to have full control of all the email templates to remove the ones we dont want, to add new ones (not just edit) and have it always apply to all new stores so we can skip that step.

It would be nice to be able to select orders from the orders page and email those customers directly about order status, backorders, etc.

Adding a blog, about us & FAQ sections for stores would improve engagement with prospective clients & SEOs.

Why can I literally not do anything with these gift certificates - can't update an email address without creating a new one, can't delete the old one - only void so I still have to see the old one, can't leave a note and go back to it later... I mean there is nothing easy about using gift certificates at all.. It is very frustrating, please allow us to edit the one the customer already has
