Inksoft should allow customer accounts to be created using duplicate contact information (email address and phone number). For example, I have a customer who owns four separate businesses but uses the same email address and phone number for all of them. Currently, the system prevents me from properly creating all four businesses because it does not allow duplicate contact details. We should be able to create multiple customer accounts with the same email and phone number when needed, especially in cases where one person owns or manages multiple businesses.
