It would be helpfull to be able to approve orders without admin access for stores so a teacher or a manager could approve them.

It would be extremely helpful to be able to replace artwork on items in stores AFTER they have had an item ordered. This would be helpful when reopening the same store, but having different designs every season.

I have a number of stores that have the "customer order fields" displayed at check out. One example is that we have a logo with the option of printing their city, state under the logo. At checkout they choose their city, state. It works great except that when you print a work order (which is what we do on every file - the printed work order goes with the apparel to decorate) the custom order option does not print on the form. If we do a personalization applied to just one product it does print on the work order. So, we just need this field to pull through for printing to give our decorators all the information they need to process an order.

Hello, It would be extremely helpful to be able to size files on embroidery products. Right now you have to upload a .dst file for a product to show up as embroidery. But to do that you can not size the artwork in IS so as a result our products do not show a true representation of the relative scale of the artwork to the product. So the suggestion is to either allow resizing of the .dst file when placing it on the product or have the ability to identify the decoration process as embroidery or other process when setting the design on the product image.

Introduce a transparent Packaging & Handling (P&H) fee on every order to cover the costs of packaging materials and order processing. The P&H fee would be a flat rate or tiered based on order size or complexity. It helps cover: Packaging: Supplies like boxes, bags, protective materials, and labels. Handling: Labor involved in carefully packing and preparing each order for shipment. Benefits: Offsets costs for high-quality packaging materials. Keeps product prices stable by separating operational costs. Provides clarity for customers with a detailed breakdown of costs at checkout. Implementation Options: Flat Fee: A fixed amount for all orders (e.g., €3). Tiered Fee: Based on order size or weight.

When you have multiple pages on a website, you can't rearrange which page you want to show up first in the menu. I'd have to delete the pages and create them in the order I want them.

We had a store for 1800 employees. The system sent reminders to complete the order. It was mostly successful, however 15 employees didn't check-out and the client wants the orders processed. The 15 orders are on an invoice that is NOT connected to the online company store. The chance for error when processing is very high.

It would be nice to have a call to action section that allows you to add an image to direct users to various areas of our store. For example...have 4 "buttons" or linkable images that allow a user to click and bring them to a page with those specific items--Such as T-shirts, Polos, Sweatshirts, Jackets, etc. It would make it easier for the user to navigate to get to the categorized items quicker. When someone clicks on a particular product it would be really nice to show other suggested products below it. For example if I just have a tshirt with a design on my landing page that I want to offer in a hoodie and a ladies fit, it could display below. Like Amazon, and SanMar and everyone else. Thx!

We have a school that has 16 products. They want to be able to offer the garments with 5 different logos i.e. basketball logo, soccer logo, cross country logo, baseball logo, ice hockey logo. In this scenario I have to duplicate the 16 products 5 times making the total number of products 80. We need an option that the customer can choose the product and choose the logo just as they would choose the size. Basically they way we initially pick the logo when using Rapid Product Creator.
