The storefront does not preserve scroll position when using the browser's Back button. After viewing a product and returning to the product listing, the page reloads at the top instead of restoring the previous scroll position, making users search for the product again. We have a ridiculous amount of abandoned carts because our customers get frustrated trying to find where they left off.

We have several schools that use our online stores and have pickup locations for all of their campuses. Depending on the event, sometimes I have to offer 1 campus, or all of them. I would like the ability to save pickup locations and add them from a list. Additionally, it would be nice to have a Bulk Update pickup location dates so that I don't have to go through and change the date, time, time zone, etc. for each location individually.

InkSoft needs to catchup with the DTF era, customers wants to offer 10 different designs in 10 different products. The catalog should be a clean 10 product choice, and then once in the product page, pick your design. The way it is today, this means 100 products in the catalog across 4 pages. Make that make sense, most people don't browse past the 2nd page. Does not seem like something majorly complex as far as coding, but discouraging after seeing posts asking for this dating back as far as 2020.

Add an option to the "Global store markup" for the admins to markup in dollar amounts - not just percentages.

Ability for store administrator to select decoration method for each product on the store. Customer will see what decoration is being used on each product.

Allow a $ amount per item and a commission % option to the store commission section.

Reworking the platform to be less reliant on caching would be an excellent. I just had a period of time where one of my sites was down due to caching and coming back from GoDaddy back to InkSoft. Not sure how this can be done. It was brought up by one of the tech team members who helped me get my situation resolved.

The ability to pull up 10+ items at one time and place the same artwork on them all at once.

Create separate production cards for bundled items so we don't have to pull a detailed report and sort in Excel to determine our purchasing needs.
