We often need access to NEW products from suppliers. This takes you about two weeks to get to us. We never have time to wait that long, so we typically build it as a custom product for our store. By the time we gain access to the actual new product from the supplier, the store is often already closed, but I'd love to be able to go back and change out that custom item for the ACTUAL item, without having to redecorate, etc. That way if we reopen the store, it is already there built from the actual new product, not the old custom product.

It would be great to somehow run a report or search for ALL items that are decorated with a particular garment. For example, all the items in all of our stores that use the Gildan 2000 (or name your specific garment). This would be helpful when we cannot wait to gain access to a new product so we create our own. Later we could go back and recreate those items with the new "official" garment but with so much time in between, we often cannot remember which items they are. Than you,

Asking again and again until it gains the traction it deserves...Can we please add an option to include setup fees to products??? It's a simple implementation and extremely valuable.

When populating a store, it would be extremely helpful in setting store prices if we knew what the product cost is. Even better, if a suggested price could be shown based on product pricing markup and printing method selected. I find myself checking each product to enter pricing info as well as editing pricing for extended sizes.

The ability to assign pricing rules based on product size, ie add $2.00 for 2XL, add $4.00 for 3XL etc.

Am I missing something with why I have to upload size charts non stop for every store? Why can I not upload the size chart into the item one time under manage products? I have to be missing something at this point.

The current category / sub-category limit is three deep (i.e Uniforms -> 1st Grade -> Boys). It would be nice to be able to have ~2 more sub-categories so that we can further sort / filter products for customer.

It would be very helpful and time saving if we could swap mockup images out as needed at the store level only. There is a real need to do this because the manufacturer mockups are not always in the same position and when we go to place the design on the mockup it is in different places on different color shirts. Also sometimes I like to have a styled mockup as my main image because it looks more appealing. Currently what we have to do to accomplish this is go to Manage Products, clone/copy the product, assign it to only the store we are working in, then swap out the images from the Manage Products area on that cloned product. This is a lot of extra steps and time spent navigating when we could just have the ability at the store level to have control over which mockups are shown for each color variant.

This option will allow customers to speed up the check out process vs them having to decorate 2 separate items.

The ability to save personalization options per store or as a master option. Yes, you. can do a bulk personalization add but that overwrites any existing options. Square sites are free and have this ability. Paying $$$$ and still can'd do it.
