During the proposal stage, we can add notes to each of the items added to the order. Once the proposal is approved and moved to the order phase, we can no longer edit the notes. I would love to have the ability to edit the notes as customers often make changes to their order.

In Open orders, after marking an order Ready to ship/Pick Up, a confirmation window pops up right in front of the "Ready to Ship" tab at the top left, so, every time, I have to close that window to be able to get to the Ready to Ship tab. Simply move the confirmation window, so I can click Ready to Ship tab, or don't even have that confirmation window at all. Sometimes we are shipping dozens of orders and that confirmation window is useless

Instead of using hard coded titles for services like “Digital print” , “Screen Print” and “Embroidery” which change the ability and function of the Online designer and pricing matrix allow a more simplified experience. Let us change the service names and leverage the service that works best. In our case it would be the digital print due to the abilities of full color image upload and not needing the costumer to choose the number of colors. We’d still leverage the embroidery serves as is as that’s completely different whereas DTF and Screen printed are very similar. In this time of DTF and other heat transfer solutions becoming more common my company would like to simplify the ordering process. We basically choose the method of decorating that suits the job best. Sometime that’s a screen print and sometimes that’s a DTF or vinyl heat transfer. We charge the same for either. We have found that the cost of doing DTF heat transfers and the cost of creating screens added setups cost about the same. So unless a customer specifically asks for a screen print or wants a DTF instead we decide the method. For us it would solve for… - Customer confusion when creating their order in the designer. Simplifies our pricing and workflow while still being able to leverage the inksoft matrix we prefer. Makes uploading full color art images more useful. Obviously, if it’s a multi color design or a design on dark garments we’re likely going to opt for a DTF over a screen print. Thanks! 🙏

Add customer phone number to work order and/or packing slip. many customers have given me feedback that they don't check their email. I want to send text messages that their order is ready. In fact, have SMS messaging available to send to customers when ready for pickup or shen shipped rather than just email.

Barcodes on workorders and packing slips, to work with other software such as digital printers or shipping programs. Also barcoding could be done to timestamp between statuses without having to type or tap.

When you "Add Payment" to an order - there should be an option to put in a customer's gift certificate. The way it is now, you just have to enter it as a cash payment and then manually adjust the gift certificate balance - there needs to be a better way to do that. You should just be able to put the GC number in there and be done with it!

Ability to send out an email to all or selected customers with orders in a store.

Option to have order notes print on work orders. This would be great for those of us that produce from the printed work order and production team doesn't see these notes. Or, if for example a local customer requested to try on an item before printing.

We need the ability to edit notes on line items once they're pushed through to an order. It's great that they carry over, but sometimes we need to edit, add or remove things from them after the proposal is approved.
