Delete Gift Certificates which have been 'Voided'. If this isn't possible, create the ability in the 'Reports' module to filter on a Gift Certificate 'Status' - whereby 'Voided' Gift Certificates can be excluded from reports sent to a client / customer.

It would be very helpful if you could clone an order or part of an order. We sometimes have to redo part of an order, for mistake or other reasons. It would be nice if we could go into that order and either clone the whole order, or part of an order. We now have to set up the customer because I don't think Inksoft saves the customers information, then we have to create the order again. I know we can clone a proposal, I think it would be helpful to clone all of part of an order.

We upload vector images so that we can offer different colorways as requested by our customers. But in doing this, our work orders automatically print that we are screen printing. That was ok when there was only 2 of us but we are growing and it's getting confusing for new staff. Would be great to somehow be able to show on the work order if the item is being screen printed or DTF/DTG.

Are we not able to clone an Order into a Proposal??

I have noticed that the items that are under the sign products (configured by square inch or feet) cannot be added once it is an order like garments can. Maybe it was forgotten when you made it possible for the garments to be added in orders. Also really, really, really need the notes section to be edited in orders and even appear if you add a new product to an order.

It will be great if InkSoft can add a Sales Person optional field for Proposals and web stores that can integrated with QuickBooks Sales Person field.

There needs to be a way to get the Store Name on the credit card statement. Customers often don't recognize a charge because they don't associate it with our Company name. They are looking for a charge that has the Store Name (i.e. the name of the school or club that the store is for). It would be helpful if the charge could say: COMPANY NAME: STORE NAME. Stripe allows for a Dynamic Statement Descriptor but InkSoft needs to implement this on their end.

Please allow us to require the customer to enter their phone number when they checkout. We just had multiple customers who ordered things that are no longer available and we need to contact them via phone. All of these orders dont have phone numbers so thats super fun. I'm currently manually adding a phone number field to the custom order fields inside each of my stores, but the phone number field is already right there, just make it required. Please.
