We need the ability to be able to backorder an item in the order cycle. From job tickets to order line items, and to be able to communicate that to the customer, in their order. Currently if an item is short shipped, we can't complete the job ticket or order without several steps in the software as well as having to leave the software to communicate this to the customer. This is a break in the chain of communication should others want to log in to the system an communicate the whereabouts of a customer order.

Add customer phone number to work order and/or packing slip. many customers have given me feedback that they don't check their email. I want to send text messages that their order is ready. In fact, have SMS messaging available to send to customers when ready for pickup or shen shipped rather than just email.

Provide us with the ability to create pre-set shipping bags and/or boxes so we don't have to continually enter the dimensions over and over for each order. We only use three size bags and a couple of boxes. Other platforms offer this feature. We'd like to see it here. After creating our set containers, we can just select them from a drop down menu. Thank you!

Please use product weights to auto populate shipping weights when purchasing shipping labels. This would be very helpful!

With some of our stores we have apparel from various suppliers. Some come from the states which means shipping takes a lot longer for us to receive the apparel compared to our standard companies. So when a client orders a piece from our standard and and piece that might come from the states they usually come and pick up that one piece and wait for the other to be finished. It would be great to be able to select, on the order itself, which piece has already been picked up. Leave the over all pickup area but have included on each item, or custom section , the ability to mark is picked up. That way the order will allow the shipping department to know the first piece was done and already gone. How we have been doing it is scanning the packing slip stating the other apparel pieces were already picked up but that piece of paper can get lost.

Allow us to create our own order statuses based on our systems. For example, we print all of our orders. We'd like to be able to use a status that says "Order Printed." We currently don't have the ability to create a custom order status. This would be incredibly helpful.

I've had several occasions where I need to see who "signed" the terms to approve the order. It would be very helpful to be able to see this info

The packing slip that is available is very detailed and only shows when printing on laser or inkjet. Most details are lost when printing through thermal and would be nice to have a larger font and just the important info that can be distinguished on a 4"x6" thermal printed label.

You currently have the ability to add fees to an order AFTER the order has been placed. While this is better than nothing, having to charge a customer for something after they've placed orders is less than ideal. To be given the ability to add custom fees based on price, quantity, store, and especially SKU would solve several issues. If nothing else, PLEASE give us the ability to create pricing rules or discounts based on SKUs. We have customers that are charged pick and pack fees per SKU, and there is currently NO way to do that before an order is placed.
