Please allow us to set a production time (21 days, for example) on our workflow production methods, rather than having to set individual production times under each product. Please include EMBROIDERY as we cannot currently set embroidery production times anywhere.

It would be great to be able to print our shipping labels as soon as a store is closed or as soon as items are ready and delay sending the tracking notification to customers until it actually goes out. This would help us prep shipments in advance. Thank you.

I would love the ability to adjust the production timeframe per store. Currently, the only ways to change production times are by the shipping methods (but we use the same shipping methods for tons of stores), OR to set the shipping methods at 0 days production and then set your production timeframes on EVERY SINGLE item in that store. We have hundreds of items in each store. I want to be able to set the number of production days just for that specific store.

DTF is here to stay, can you please update the DECORATION METHODS to include DTF? If doing so there is no need to see the colorways on the work order. Thank you!

Create the ability to move (change order) of items on a Work Order (drag and drop just like the "Manage Products" interface in store building. Allow drag and drop combining of Work Order items. I have a work order in front of me that, for some reason, has the same item, color, design, but different sizes and is broken up into two separate items a page apart.

Right now, no matter how many items a job has you can only mark the whole job as completed all at once. It would be helpful if we could mark production cards as completed within a job so that it's easier to keep track of what's already done on bigger or more complicated jobs. If a job has 20 production cards and I do 8 of them and then go to lunch, there's no way for the system to easily tell me where I left off. I'd like to be able to mark each production card as completed as I go, even if it's only within the job.

It would be nice to see the item quantity total in a Job under Production Cards. I have to add them up one by one to see how many designs/prints I need to that job.

When production cards are added to a job it counts each card as it's own item, instead of the front card & back card as 1 item. A current job I have that is front & back says I have 94 items that needs purchasing, when it's actually 47. It's nothing major just a flaw when looking at how many items are in the production and I would have to manually count it. It just needs the count correct for the total number of pieces and not the total production cards.

We would love to see when you enter notes into a proposal that the note transfers to the production card and job. It would be great if we could classify the note as an art note which includes art details like logo size, pantone, mesh count, embroidery details etc. Notes currently created in proposals do not go anywhere unless copied.

It would be so helpful if we could see the garment size, fi it was received and what PO it is part of on the production card page. It takes multiple clicks and multiple screens to see where the item comes from or if it's received.
