Work Order graphics and sizes

When we sort our merchandise from the wholesalers we print off work orders. This allows us to ID orders while sitting on the shelf.
When viewing work orders that are printed the first page is the job notes, followed by the first style and sizes. The artwork for these styles is pushed to the second page.
And this is where the order of the sizes and artwork become problematic. On the second page now is the artwork that corresponds with the 1st page's sizes. Also on the bottom of the second page is the sizes for the second style, which may or may not be the same color.
This has caused our production team multiple times to view the artwork on page two, and pull the styles from that same page.
