As part of SalesDoc, we have built a new tax system that integrates with TaxJar

Since InkSoft went to Tax Jar it has broken all our stores. None of ours stores are applying the correct tax at checkout. So not only paying Inksoft now have to pay more out of pocket to the state.

Mark Saathoff: Unless I've missed something they haven't completed the work related to taxjar and there have been no changes on the tax side in well over a year.
