We need a text feature to send art approvals, proposals, via text message or FB Messenger option instead of or in addition to email. 
Most people access their phone way quicker with text or FB messenger notification than email. 
This would be a game changer.

Now that we're able to see abandoned shopping carts in CORE, a text message would help tremendously rather than just an email. Especially since all automated emails just go to the spam folder.

In the past with another platform, using text messaging helped us close at least 10-15% more orders!!!

We need Twilio integration for this. This is a seamless approach for what's going on in the world and a quick fix for those letting their customers know from an SMS notification that their order is ready for pick up or is shipping. We use it separatley now and it is working great. It needs to be integrated in our platform. I'm not sure any other platform is using this tool which would put us over the top. I found the perfect platform for this that looks like it would integrate in a powerful way. Unlimited SMS and Email Feature as well as IVR, widgets, autoresponders, and campaigns. This is a game changer for us now as we've done away with all our services for art approvals and use this new platform.
