We need a required checkbox at checkout to accept the site terms and conditions. The multiple choice option would still allow the order to proceed even if they decline the terms.

Ryan, a workaround i've been using is to create a custom field and ask them to type their name acknowledging the stores terms and conditions

Mukund yes, but if you have multiple sites this becomes tedious and time consuming. They also need to have and option to make changes across all sites on the backend.

Mukund Yes I thought about that as well. Its a decent solution but the devs need to put a check box. Its a simple fix.
