Same Contact for Multiple Customers

The ability to tag a customer to multiple companies is an essential feature, particularly when working with schools. Many of our customers are Financial Managers who oversee multiple schools within their district. However, in the current InkSoft iteration, it is no longer possible to assign a single contact to multiple companies. This limitation creates significant challenges for us and our clients; it impacts our ability to manage accounts efficiently and correctly.

This is soooo important. I have a lot of customers with multiple companies and I can’t add the correct customer info because I can’t duplicate their name and email. This is ridiculous actually. I have clients who have their own business that I need to use their account information for and that same person also might be on a PTO for their kids school and I need to use their information again. I also deal with many municipalities were duplicate info is required… this is making it very difficult to make proposals properly and professionally. We should be able to duplicate any contact information to make as many different businesses as we want to. This should not be a restriction. I don’t see this being a problem with order my gear or shopify or shopworks. This needs to change immediately.

We have the same issue. It would be great if they could have one account that they could use in any of our Inksoft stores as we have clients who have children in different sports groups that also purchase through their employer's corporate store as well as fundraiser stores.
