Re-order Merch for Mistakes

So we are running into this issue where a garment gets misprinted on an order. We then need to make a note in "Orders" and create a NEW "proposal", give a 100% discount so that it doesn't mess with our numbers, then push it to "orders" so that it shows up in "Needs Purchasing" again and we can track it as a team.
One suggestion I have to make this process easier would be to add a "reorder" button that pushes it to "needs purchasing". It would save us so much time and confusion as a team. We would only need to make a note on the order that something is being reprinted and we could change the "job" status as "needs purchasing" again. We just need an easier way to reorder merch when mistakes are make.

Yes! Any sort of system to help us with correcting mistakes on our orders without going outside InkSoft would be so helpful. We appreciate your help and also welcome any suggestions for making this process easier until an update can be made. We currently keep a running list by having clients fill out a request we created in jotform (or we fill it out for them to help them out). This at least sends the issues to a single spreadsheet, but we’d love to keep everything in InkSoft if at all possible.
