Quickly Create Promotional Flyers with Store Products

It would be very beneficial to be able to quickly create a promotional flyer for a given store that imports selected product images, titles, prices, and web address/contact info, maybe even a spot to put a QR code. Bonus points if there are a few themed templates to choose from for the flyers, especially a school or sports themed one. Having a flyer like this to give to the customer/organizer would greatly help them promote their sale and thus help us sell more!

Cassie, you can quickly make great-looking flyers using InkSoft’s Rapid Product Creator and a free Canva account. Here’s how:

Go to Canva and create a free account.

Set Up a Flyer Store in InkSoft

Use Store Templates to create a store just for flyers.

Clone the store for different customers or add a flyer page to an existing store (example:https://stores.inksoft.com/easteaglesboosters/shop/page/flyer)

The page doesn’t need to be published—it’s just for flyers.

Generate a QR Code in Canva

Open Canva, click Apps > QR Code, enter your store link, and generate the code.

Add the QR code to your InkSoft layout or place it directly in Canva.

Build Your Flyer in InkSoft

Use CTA Layout 3 for the header and add a 500 x 250 logo and QR code.

Use the Rapid Product Creator to pull in product images, descriptions, and pricing.

Design in Canva

Create a new 8.5 x 11 portrait document and select a flyer template.

Screen capture sections from InkSoft and paste them into your Canva flyer.

Arrange, customize, and download as a print quality PDF.

You can even order the flyers directly through Canva. (Print with Canva)

Quickly Update Flyers

Swap out products in InkSoft using Rapid Product Creator and reuse your Canva template.

The whole process takes about 5 minutes once you get the store and Canva template set up.
