It would be very helpful if when creating a PO the cost of the product was added to the PO AND able to be manually changed within the actual purchase order. Cost change and this should be able to reflect what we actually paid without changing anything with the product itself.

It would also be helpful if my business info was shown on the PO as well as the vendor’s full info along with separate ship to info. There needs to be a spot to add incoming shipping charges as well.

All the info should be able to be manually edited as needed without effecting the product info that was already created.

This way if I am generating a PO for blank goods or if I am purchasing promo items from another vendor I can edit the PO as I see fit. The purchase order should show my actual costs.

As it is now, I have to add that info the notes section so when I send another vendor a po they have the info needed to fulfill my order.
