Many screen printers also sell custom promotional products. These items usually have higher minimum quantities. We need the ability to change the minimum order amount to something other than twelve.

Brian, for pricing rules with price breaks, quantity discounts, pre-decorated products in a store, and products offered in the Designer for decoration, there are no limits to the numbers that can be entered, zero to infinity. Is there a specific issue you are running into, please provide details or reach out to your CSM? I have attached screen captures for pricing rules, quantity discounts, pre-decorated products, and blank products in the Designer, showcasing the areas where you set quantities. Maybe I am misunderstanding the question?
