Some of our stores have multiple style garments and many different logos.
We would love to be able to print a 4“ x 6“ thermal label for each garment for use while it is in circulation in our shop.
For example, if an order has 55 garments, we could print 55 labels. One label would temporarily stick to each garment. The label would show a picture of the garment and image, garment, size, personalization, and garment color. If there is a discrepancy, the labels can easily be rearranged until all garments have the right label. Then, from that point forward as long as the garment matches the label and the total garment match the order total nothing can be wrong.
It would be a checks and balances type system. Not necessary for all orders, of course
I can’t tell you the amount of times we have a garment awaiting a production process, but the paperwork goes missing.
