I agree. To add to that: we print the "Order Package" paperwork to keep with the job as it flows through production. It would be nice if we could have some sort of box to Check Off that "this Order Package Paperwork has been printed". If multiple people are in the system it is hard to know what paperwork has been printed and what is not. We have printed the same paperwork twice, thus printed the job twice, before it has been marked "Completed" or "Ready for Pick Up". Right now we jot down on a piece of paper what has been printed and is out in the shop.
If there is already something like this in the system please point me to that, it would be very helpful.

There is a way to do that (put an order back to "incomplete") but it needs to be much simpler! (plus I tried to do that with an order today and it didn't work!)
