Create the ability to move (change order) of items on a Work Order (drag and drop just like the "Manage Products" interface in store building.

Allow drag and drop combining of Work Order items. I have a work order in front of me that, for some reason, has the same item, color, design, but different sizes and is broken up into two separate items a page apart.
