Add a tax function related to the Minnesota Retail Delivery fee/tax. Essentially, charge $0.50 cents on orders of $100 from a MN company for shipment within MN. We are required to display the fee as a separate line item labeled "Road Improvement and Food Delivery Fee" on customer receipts or invoices. The fee is not subject to sales tax when stated this way. Currently we have no work around for this MN statue. The Minnesota statute for the retail delivery fee is Chapter 168E of the Minnesota Statutes. The fee is imposed by Section 168E.03 of the statute.
