It would be great to get additional reporting features for stores, specifically to narrow down what ISN'T selling so they can be replaced with something new! It isn't enough to see what has sold when you have hundreds of products on hundreds of stores!

I 100% agree. Even if it was just expanding the "Least Sold Products in Last 60 Days widget to show more than 5 items that would be helpful!
If you go the the individual store's Store Performance page and click the View Product Report (under where it shows you the most/least sold products widget) it does technically list every product on the store (including those with "0" for qty purchased) BUT the list is LONG because it lists every single variant offered (so one row per color / size / sku).
A report that simply summed this all up (to the sku & color probably) and made it easy to see it without having to manipulate the data would be very helpful.
