I charge a Fee for Credit Card Convenience. There is no place to do this in the proposal/approval stage. Customers are avaioding it by Aproving the proposal before it wecomes and order. Would be great to have that feature.

You can apply a surcharge to your credit card transactions. These settings are located in your Payments area and can be further managed on the Proposal or the Store.

We should have the right to add a fee option to an order whether it is created in proposal or an online order. Ink Soft has the technology to add this code and refuses. There are many reasons Inksofts users would want this feature. I have been asking for years to have this ability to add this functions and am told not all states are allowed to charge a credit card fees. The fee option should be available for other reason as well Besides processing fees there are other fees we can be charging the customers for; a handling or a flat shipping fee that can be used when charging for a deliver to one set location and not a customer's home as well as packaging costs just to name a few.

I emailed on 10/24 and 11/15 requesting to speak to Senior Management and still have not heard back from Ink soft. I have to say I am disappoint with Ink Soft
