What is the game plan with syncing all the items from Alpha Broader to Now SS Activewear?

Yes! I’ve noticed, too, that when a supplier adds a new color to an item, it doesn’t automate. I need to delete the item and re-add it.

How about adding a new product to inksoft from the product link on the vendors page? Then import all the details automatically.

Yes! And the system is too picky - should be able to “save” when something you don’t need is missing instead of having to have everything 100% perfect.

Since we all have to "fix" all the products anyway, why not create one huge database of "fixed" items that we can load into our catalog? These fixed items would ensure all colors are there, all sleeves are there, all imprint areas are there, all links to size charts are there and all descriptions are correct and free from errors. This would save all of us SO much time!

100% agree! IMO, there needs to be an option to update the feed. Many images are not included, not all items/colors in stock are shown (when I know they are available), descriptions of items are not complete, have grammatical errors, and/or include some wonky characters. I'm not sure why this is left to the customer. Perhaps having the ability to manually sync would work. Thanks so much!

More like accurate product sync. When you import products, a lot of the time the images and product descriptions are messed up. Why have an import feature if it imports wrong data?
