Let us connect our supplier accounts through your portal, much like we do UPS Shipping accounts for shipping. Then, when we get store orders, we can go to the 'Purchasing' tab and we can click 'Add to Cart'. A dropdown menu opens with our vendor options we chose and we can add items directly to the cart. This will eliminate manually entering sizing/colors/products into our suppliers site and the chance of human error.
