Ability to enter your own shipping amount

We quote out larger shipments with various LTL carriers and would like the ability to enter our own shipping price to appear on proposals rather than pick from the shopping cart shipping methods.

I also add it in as a separate fee item at the bottom under discounts/fees button which may help.

Agreed. We get around this by having a $0 flat rate option (that's not attached to any stores) and adding shipping as a separate line item in the proposal. It works, but it's messy and not ideal. I'd love to be able to enter my own number, or at least override the USPS/UPS/etc default.
