Closing as this is not a product related feature request.
However, please note that we agree and expanding the Tier 2 team is on our roadmap for 2023 growth! Faster turn around times and first response times are a top priority of both support teams.

We're also having frustrations in getting access to support. Chat support was removed. Call are not being answered or returned in a timely manner
